We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers for a fast-paced distribution center in Atherstone.
Duties
- Order picking, pallet wrapping, and general warehouse duties across both chilled and ambient environments.
Location
- Atherstone, Warwickshire
- Transfer to Bardon (Coalville) from October 2027
Job Type
- Part-Time & Full-Time
- Temporary to Permanent
Pay
- £13.44 per hour for the first 12 weeks
- £14.93 per hour after 12 weeks
Shift Pattern
- Shifts starting between 8:00am and 9:30am
- Average 7–8 hours per shift
- Fixed shift patterns available:
- Thursday – Saturday
- Thursday – Sunday
- Friday – Sunday

Key Responsibilities
- Voice order picking and LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) usage
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- Pallet wrapping and preparing orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading goods
- Working in both chilled and ambient environments
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily targets

Please note that the Atherstone site is relocating to Coalville in October 2027. Applicants must therefore be comfortable traveling to the Coalville location when the relocation takes place.
