About the Role
This role is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient organisation of hire equipment through the THX Ltd Warehouse.
Working Hours: 12.00pm - 10.00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Re-stocking hire equipment in the Warehouse and yard, ensuring they are done so safely and in the correct area within the yard for efficiency
- Picking hire equipment ready for loading
- Loading and unloading hire equipment
- In-fleeting of new equipment, adding THX branding and fleet numbers, recording these correctly and setting them up in the THX system to enable pat-testing and in-house calibration
- Ensuring all areas of the warehouse is kept clean and tidy and maintain an organised working environment
- Clean hire equipment, including pressure washing
- Rebranding new equipment with relevant THX stickers
- Ensuring accurate records are kept using the computer-based system
- Provide support to Warehouse, Workshop and Transport teams as and when required

Person Specification
Essential
- Valid FLT licence
- Previous hands-on experience of cleaning, organising and tidying in a busy warehouse role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail whilst going repetitive tasks.
- A proactive and can-do attitude towards the tasks.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to work quickly and methodically
- Supportive, motivated and reliable team-player.
- Safety-first mindset.
- Computer literate.
Desirable
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety standards
- Problem-solving skills
