The Role
You will work alongside two other warehouse staff to keep stock organised, prepare client orders accurately and keep our records up to date. Portuguese is spoken day to day within the team, so the ability to communicate in Portuguese is required. This is a hands-on role in a busy, early-starting environment where accuracy and consistency matter.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and packing client linen and supply orders ready for dispatch
- Receiving, counting and checking incoming and returning stock
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and well organised
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies
- Recording stock movements accurately
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day warehouse tasks as needed

What We Are Looking For
- Spoken Portuguese (required) and basic English
- Reliable and punctual, comfortable with a 7am start
- Organised, with good attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a small team and follow instructions
- Physically fit, comfortable standing, lifting and carrying throughout the shift
- Basic numeracy and confidence using a phone or tablet to record stock
- Warehouse, logistics or stock-handling experience is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided
- Right to work in the UK

About Us
Grosvenor Cleaning is a London-based property cleaning and linen services business supporting short-let and property management clients across the city. Our warehouse is based near Willesden Junction, the centre of our linen operation, and we are looking for a reliable, organised, Portuguese-speaking person to join the team.
