Warehouse Operative PPT & FLT

Kinetic are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work for a large food manufacturer based in Ashton-under-Lyne. You must be able to work 2pm-10pm and have a valid FLT AND PPT licence. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be working in a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting the movement, storage and preparation of products and materials.
Role
- Loading and unloading goods
- Moving stock and materials around the warehouse using a PPT
- Operating an FLT to move and store products safely
- Picking and preparing products for dispatch
- Loading and unloading pallets
- Palletising and wrapping products
- Completing warehouse paperwork and documentation
- Carrying out stock checks and quality checks
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
- Working as part of a team while also using your own initiative
- Working to targets and maintaining a consistent pace

Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience - essential
- Valid FLT licence - essential
- Previous PPT experience - essential
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Ability to read instructions and complete required documentation
- Good numerical skills
- Ability to work quickly, accurately and safely in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Ability to follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors
- Ability to follow Health & Safety guidelines at all times
- Good team-player attitude
Job Details
- 2pm to 10pm
- £12.71 per hour
