Location: Colchester, Essex

Pay: £13.12ph

Contract: Temporary - Ongoing

Hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-3pm

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established Manufacturing and Production company based in Colchester, Essex. This is an ongoing temporary position with potential long-term opportunities.

This role plays an important part in the day-to-day operations of a busy logistics team and requires a hands-on, adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading vehicles by hand
  • Picking and packing components from pick sheets
  • Safe packing and labelling of finished products
  • Supporting other areas of the warehouse when required
  • Occasional use of hand tools

The Ideal Warehouse Operative

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Physically fit & comfortable with manual handling
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently
  • Flexible and willing to learn and support different areas of the operation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
