About The Role
Rapier Employment seeks a Warehouse Operative / Recycling Operative for a client in Spennymoor, Durham. This full-time, temporary position pays £12.76 to £19.14 per hour, with shifts rotating between days (10am-8pm) and nights (8pm-8am) on a 4-on, 2-off schedule. Duties involve packing stock, handling heavy items ranging from medium TVs to large fridge freezers, loading vehicles, and breaking down cardboard for recycling. Candidates should possess prior warehouse experience with bulky goods, physical stamina for lifting, and reliable transport for shift attendance. All necessary PPE is supplied. The role suits those comfortable with varied, hands-on tasks in a logistics setting.

- Packing stock from the warehouse. This will involve heavy items, from medium-sized TVs to large fridge freezers

Ideal Candidates
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting with heavy items
- Ability to demonstrate you can get to site for the desired shift pattern
- Comfortable in a warehouse environment, lifting heavy items, with ad hoc duties

- Days: £12.76

- Overtime after 39h: £19.14
