Looking for a fast-paced role where your hard work is recognised and rewarded?

At Majestic Wine Group, we are gearing up for our busiest time of the year, and we need reliable, high-energy Warehouse Operatives to join our growing distribution team in Hemel Hempstead. As a core member of the team, you will work at the very heart of our business—ensuring our stores and online fulfillment network have the exact stock they need to thrive.

Hemel Gateway, A, Boundary Way, Hemel Hempstead Industrial Estate, HP2 7GY

Contract Type

Seasonal Fixed Term Contract (Ending Friday 11th December 2026)

Hours

06:00 – 14:00 OR 14:00 – 22:00 (5 out of 7 shifts per week, including weekends)

Selection Process

Exclusive Open Day

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick stock using our existing Warehouse Management System (WMS) via voice control.
  • Prepare and pack items for dispatch safely, accurately, and on schedule.
  • Work effectively as part of the Warehouse Distribution Team with clear, positive communication.
  • Ensure all warehouse, stock, and equipment are kept clean, safe, and maintained according to Health & Safety and housekeeping procedures.

What We’re Looking For

  • Accuracy & Pride: A keen eye for detail and commitment to high accuracy standards.
  • Punctuality & Attitude: Excellent timekeeping and a genuine “can-do” team mindset.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including manual handling.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working 5 out of 7 shifts per week, including weekends when required.
