Warehouse Operative - Picking & Packing

£12.71 - £14.36 per hour | Full Time | No Previous Experience Required

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and expanding distribution team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start or develop their career within a warehouse environment, with full training provided from day one. You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, ensuring products are located, scanned and prepared correctly before being dispatched.

The role will involve working throughout the warehouse to locate stock, following picking lists and using handheld scanners to ensure orders are completed accurately. You will also be responsible for packing items ready for shipment, checking products, applying the correct labels and ensuring parcels are sent through the correct courier process. Attention to detail is essential, as you will play a key part in making sure customers receive their orders on time and to a high standard.

You will be joining a friendly and supportive team within a fast-paced warehouse environment, where reliability, a positive attitude and good teamwork are highly valued. The role involves being on your feet, walking throughout the warehouse and working alongside conveyor belt systems. Depending on business requirements, team members may also support the trade counter by assisting customers visiting the site.
