Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Bendi licence looking for your next opportunity?
We’re partnering with a leading global consumer brand to find a hands-on, organised Warehouse Operative to join their Quality Control team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, is comfortable working in a warehouse environment and takes real pride in keeping things organised, accurate and running smoothly.
You’ll be responsible for the receipt, movement, storage and control of product samples used for quality testing and investigation. Alongside the warehouse activity, you’ll support the team with sample records, documentation and general QC administration.
What You'll Be Doing
- Receiving, checking and recording deliveries of samples into the facility
- Moving and storing samples safely using a Bendi forklift
- Maintaining organised sample retains and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Collecting samples for sensory and investigatory testing
- Supporting the management and destruction of waste and retained stock
- Maintaining and monitoring pallet destruction
- Preparing outbound sample forms and coordinating the distribution of samples
- Working closely with the Warehouse and Quality Control teams to ensure samples are available when required
- Supporting improvements to warehouse, sample control and laboratory processes
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, organisation and safety across the warehouse environment

What We're Looking For
- Valid Bendi forklift licence – essential
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Experience operating warehouse equipment safely and confidently
- Good understanding of warehouse practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with basic administration and record keeping
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Laboratory or Quality Control experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential
- Counterbalance forklift experience would be an advantage
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Comfortable with a hands-on role and not afraid to get stuck in
