We are currently searching for enthusiastic colleagues to join B&M in our Distribution Centre in Speke.
The Shift Pattern(s) available are: Various
Various salary uplifts available depending on shift and level of training.
This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be given full, in-house training on various MHE.
What You’ll Be Doing
Warehouse colleagues are responsible for picking, packing, and loading/unloading our stock onto our fleet of vehicles. They do this with speed, accuracy, and above all, teamwork. This role will require manual handling of boxes up to 25KG.
Please note: We do not have cold storage or freezers in our warehouses.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Picking and packaging items from our warehouse, ready for distribution to our stores (full training will be provided)
- Loading and unloading of HGV containers
- Safe usage of our Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) including LLOP’s and PPT’s (full training will be provided)

- Ability to lift a maximum of 25kg manually
- Ability to meet KPI targets
- Enthusiasm to learn a new skillset
- A love of working in a fast-paced environment
- An understanding and appreciation for Health and Safety
