Warehouse Operative – Full Time

Vehicle Parts Distribution Centre located in Birchington, Kent.

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our growing parts operation, distributing Stellantis, BMW, JLR, Kia, Nissan and Honda Parts.

The warehouse role involves a variety of essential duties to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse. These duties include sorting the incoming stock delivery, accurately locating stock on shelves, maintaining the general upkeep of the warehouse, and performing regular stocktaking. This role is crucial in maintaining an organised and efficient warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, well-organised and meticulous. A technical interest is also essential, as having a good understanding of the parts you are handling will be one of the keys to success. Own transport is required due to rural location and hours of work. Please do not apply for the role if you do not have your own transport.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
