We take pride in addressing global water challenges and supporting sectors such as Irrigation, Livestock, Swimming pools, Building services, and industry. As part of MegaGroup, MegaGroup Logistic Services UK supports the logistics and warehouse operations that help deliver our products and solutions efficiently to customers across the UK.
Being a Warehouse Operative at MegaGroup Logistic Services UK, you perform all essential tasks in the warehouse and on the outdoor premises to ensure that picked orders are prepared accurately, completely, and on time for shipment. You also carry out inbound activities to ensure that incoming goods are unloaded, checked, and stored correctly.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Process orders: Pick, pack, load, and unload products. You make sure every order is accurate, complete, and ready for dispatch.
- Handle inbound goods: Unload trucks, inspect incoming goods, and store items in the correct warehouse locations. You also help replenish stock when needed.
- Support assembly duties: Carry out basic assembly tasks as part of daily warehouse operations, with internal training provided.
- Use warehouse equipment safely: Operate and maneuver a forklift, electric pallet truck, or reach truck.
- Ensure accurate administration: Register completed orders, inbound goods, and stock movements in the automated system.
- Work accurately and efficiently: Check order accuracy, prepare pallets, and ensure shipments are handled correctly.
- Support daily warehouse operations: Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, assist with inventory counts, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with your team and follow instructions from the Team Lead to achieve daily goals safely and efficiently.

What You Bring
- Physically fit and able to lift and move goods as part of daily warehouse tasks.
- Comfortable with basic technology, such as scanners, warehouse systems, and computers.
- Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work well in different teams or departments.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality work.
- A positive attitude and a genuine team player mindset.
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the role.
- Ability to switch tasks quickly, stay organized, and solve problems in a busy warehouse environment.
- Fluency in English.
