Ready to Build a Career That Really "Fits"? 🛠️

At MFI.co.uk, we’re experts in making houses feel like homes. But before that stylish sofa or sleek wardrobe makes it to a customer's living room, it needs a superstar to get it there! We’re looking for energetic, hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our bustling team.

If you’ve got a "can-do" attitude and don't mind a bit of heavy lifting (we promise it’s more rewarding than flat-pack instructions!), we want to hear from you.

What’s on the Table? (The Role)

You’re the engine room of our operation. You won't just be "shelf-ish" with your time; you’ll be vital in ensuring our customers get exactly what they ordered, right when they need it.

Your daily "to-do" list:

  • Unload & Inspect: Checking deliveries with an eye for detail sharper than a designer coffee table.
  • Stock Superstars: Organising and storing goods so everything has its perfect place.
  • Pick & Pack: Using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to find and prep orders with speed and accuracy.
  • Safety First: Operating pallet trucks and manual handling equipment like a pro. (Got PPT experience? Even better! We’ll assess you to get you moving).
  • Quality Control: Ensuring every box is packed securely so it arrives in "showroom" condition.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
