Our client is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse and distribution team in King's Lynn. This role is ideal for someone with forklift experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys being part of a supportive team.
The Role
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business within a busy warehouse operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of warehouse duties including forklift operation, order picking, packing, and stock management.

- Operating a forklift safely to move stock and materials within the warehouse
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Receiving, checking, and dispatching goods
- Conducting basic goods-in and goods-out inspections
- Putting stock away and maintaining organized storage areas, including pallet handling
- Checking orders for accuracy before dispatch
- Maintaining warehouse health and safety standards at all times
- General housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Assisting with stock rotation and inventory organization

Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- A valid forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Experience with picking and packing orders
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
AVAILABLE SHIFTS
Hours
- PM shift 3pm till midnight, Monday to Friday
- Night shift 9pm - 6am Sunday to Friday morning
