We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Team Members to join our team at Britvic in Lutterworth. You will play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse, preparing, loading and unloading customer orders.
This is a full time, permanent role. You will be working Sunday – Thursday or Saturday - Tuesday, 21:00 – 06:00 on the night shift.

- Accurately pick customer orders, including heavy case picking, while maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy
- Load and unload vehicles, complete associated paperwork, and carry out yard shunting activities to support the smooth movement of trailers and vehicles across the site
- Replenish stock through stock rotation, pallet top-ups, and effective inventory management
- Operate MHE equipment, including forklifts where qualified, while adhering to all Health & Safety procedures
- Complete administrative tasks using warehouse management systems and work collaboratively to achieve operational targets
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous warehouse experience with good understanding of order picking, stock control, and inventory processes
- Experience operating MHE equipment such as Forklift, experience or yard shunting is highly desirable
- Ability to undertake physically demanding duties, including heavy lifting and heavy case picking
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety, accuracy, and maintaining high operational standards
- A positive, flexible team player with good communication skills, computer literacy, and a proactive attitude
