KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pick and prepare customer orders
  • Assist with a variety of Warehouse tasks, including picking and packing, unloading of containers and loading of customer orders
  • Accurate and efficient completion of tasks
  • Effective communication of any issues encountered to all necessary parties
  • Confidently communicate internally, dealing with QC issues and responding to teams across the company.
  • Ensuring all legal Health & Safety legislation and operational procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Working in adherence with Health & Safety Guidelines at all times to ensure the safety of yourself and others

  • Experience in warehouse picking and packing
  • A polite and positive manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of the business
  • An understanding of premium brands and the required level of customer service
  • Actively seeks continuous personal improvement in the work environment
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-moving business, taking on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Flexible attitude to working within other areas or departments depending on business requirements
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A creative, problem-solving spirit
