KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and prepare customer orders
- Assist with a variety of Warehouse tasks, including picking and packing, unloading of containers and loading of customer orders
- Accurate and efficient completion of tasks
- Effective communication of any issues encountered to all necessary parties
- Confidently communicate internally, dealing with QC issues and responding to teams across the company.
- Ensuring all legal Health & Safety legislation and operational procedures are adhered to at all times
- Working in adherence with Health & Safety Guidelines at all times to ensure the safety of yourself and others

ABOUT YOU
- Experience in warehouse picking and packing
- A polite and positive manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate to all levels of the business
- An understanding of premium brands and the required level of customer service
- Actively seeks continuous personal improvement in the work environment
- Ability to adapt in a fast-moving business, taking on new challenges and responsibilities
- Flexible attitude to working within other areas or departments depending on business requirements
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A creative, problem-solving spirit
- Passion for the OKA brand
