Warehouse Operative
Location - Batley, WF17 9LT
Shift pattern is 06:00am – 2:30pm Mon-Thurs, and 06:00am – 11:30am Friday
Based at the NaughtOne factory in Batley, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative to be responsible for efficiently booking products in & out as well as overseeing stock areas within the warehouse.
Your main duties will be:
- Inspect and verify the accuracy of received goods
- Sort, label, and store items in designated areas
- Maintain and identify stock and job specific product within the warehouse
- Identify and locate product once booked in
- Provide stock counts on product lines as and when requested take using NAV IT system.
- Box and palletise stock for safe delivery to the customer
- Allocate finished products into the palletised completion area
- Submit and record all completed tasks on the NAV system
- Maintain a clean working environment throughout the warehouse
- Forklift Driving – Bendi or Counterbalance
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Complete Pick Instructions in accordance with standard procedures
- Supervise non-conformance components within the Warehouse
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by your Line Manager
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
- Support in carrying out company stock takes as requested.

Physical Demands
- Loading and unloading items onto 3rd party transportation vehicle, either manually or mechanically
- Stacking of goods in correct storage bays
- Stacking of empty pallets
- Forklift Driving
We offer full training on our product portfolio and SOPs but we are looking for someone with the following skills & capabilities:
- Educated to GCSE standard in both Maths & English
- Previous experience of working in a warehouse in a manufacturing setting (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent organisational skills to manage inventory effectively
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management systems
- Ability to adopt best working practices to achieve accuracy and high quality standards
- Working and co-operating in a team environment to achieve daily targets
- Quality driven and a fine eye for detail
- Flexible in all aspects of work
- Knowledge / appreciation of H&S requirements in a production / factory environment
