Looking for a hands-on role where every day brings something different and your contribution makes a real difference?

At R&F Travel, a sister company of Stena Line and Northern Europe's leading travel retail and food & beverage specialist, we're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Holyhead for the busy summer period.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. From managing deliveries and maintaining stock accuracy to supporting our retail operations, you'll play an important part in ensuring products reach the right place at the right time. If you're organised, take pride in doing things well, and enjoy working as part of a great team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment on a daily basis.
  • Receive, check and process incoming deliveries, ensuring all goods are stored correctly.
  • Pick, pack and prepare stock accurately and efficiently to support business requirements.
  • Follow company procedures and complete delivery and stock documentation accurately.
  • Support stock control activities and assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Distribute goods to retail outlets and support wider operational requirements as needed.
  • Act as a keyholder when required, ensuring security procedures are followed.

What You Will Experience

You'll join a friendly and hardworking team that works together to keep our retail operations running smoothly. Collaboration, safety and supporting one another are at the heart of what we do, and you'll quickly become a valued member of the team.

At Stena Line and Retail & Food Services, we believe people do their best work when they feel supported and respected. You'll receive the training and guidance needed to succeed in your role while gaining valuable experience within a well-established business. No matter your background, you'll be welcomed into a culture where teamwork, care and reliability are genuinely valued.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
