The Role

Here at PRIMAL, we have an exciting new opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our high-performing team in Paisley, with a rewards package that is well above market rate as we continue to grow.

We are looking for hardworking, proactive, and motivated team members with a willingness to learn.

We are a tight-knit team and require team members who can support several warehouse activities:

  • Goods in and put away tasks
  • Pick and pack of customer orders
  • Outbound loading tasks
  • Stock counting activity
  • General housekeeping/cleaning of the warehouse
  • Computer literacy
  • Other duties as requested by your supervisor

Based at our Paisley site, you will work a shift pattern of 5 shifts Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working required. Working hours will be 37.5hrs across 5 shifts with working hours from start times from 06:00 to finishing times no later than 19:00 with daily hours worked 7.5hrs. Paid overtime hours and weekend work are available and occasionally required.

The Person

This role is ideal for a reliable and a hard-working team player, who is happy to help with other tasks that might not be part of your usual role.

At PRIMAL you are one of the team, so you will be required to work together to deliver an exceptional service. You will require valid forklift licences (high reach essential and counterbalance license is preferred) alongside proven experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with good numeracy skills and attention to detail.

The work is varied, and the product is designed for use in gyms, so the ability to manoeuvre such products is a must.
