About The Role
Warehouse Operatives - Days are sought for full-time, temporary positions in Thatcham, offering flexible hours with 10am or 11am starts. Pay ranges from £13.38 hourly on weekdays to £14.52 at weekends and on bank holidays, with premium rates beyond 40 hours and regular overtime during peak periods. December bonuses reach £1000. Duties include picking food products via a voice system for a well-known supplier, requiring accuracy, reliability, and basic numeracy. Immediate starts are available, alongside free parking, a subsidised canteen, and potential permanent contracts for suitable candidates. Extended shifts occur over December, with some 6am beginnings.
Full time ongoing day shift warehouse positions in Thatcham. 10am/11am start time. Flexible working to suit your needs!

- Basic Rate: Monday to Friday £13.38 per hour
- Weekend Rate: Saturday and Sunday & Bank Holidays £14.52 per hour
- Premium Rates paid over 40 hours at 10% extra
- Premium Rates paid for weekends at 10% extra

- 10am/11am shift start times (Extended hours over December peak with 6am starts)

As a Warehouse Operative you will be:
- Picking food products using a top voice pick system for a well-known supermarket
- Working in a chilled and ambient environment
- Breaking down and allocating goods
- Achieving targets and job standards set out by the shift manager
- Other duties which may include heavy lifting

The ideal Warehouse Operative will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
- Must have a good attention to detail
- Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable
- Ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines
- Punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendance
