Our standard working week is 35 hours, with shifts scheduled between 10.00pm and 06.00am
Your Responsibilities
- Order Picking - Accurately pick and prepare customer orders in line with dispatch requirements and deadlines.
- Loading of Goods - Safely and efficiently load goods onto vehicles, ensuring correct handling and secure placement.
- Operation of MHE - Operate counterbalance truck in a safe and compliant manner.
- Health & Safety Compliance - Follow all health & safety procedures, carry out equipment checks, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Contribution & Continuous Improvement - Work collaboratively within the team, actively contributing to productivity, quality standards, and continuous improvement activities.

Your Profile
- Relevant Warehouse Experience - Proven experience in a warehouse environment, particularly in picking & loading activities.
- FLT Skills & Certification - Extensive experience operating a counterbalance forklift truck; clamp attachment experience is an advantage.
- Positive Attitude & Ambition - Motivated and ambitious individual with a desire to learn, grow, and develop within the company.
- Team Player with Strong Work Ethic - Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining high standards of attendance and performance.
- Safety & Improvement Focused - Committed to health and safety practices and actively contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and quality.
