Warehouse Operative – 6 months contract
Baldonnell Monday to Friday 08.00-16.30, 39 hours per week

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Baldonnel, supporting the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of highly sensitive and valuable products. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-moving warehouse operation where safety, quality, and teamwork are key to success.
What you'll do
- Pick, pack, inspect, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time
- Handle highly valuable and sensitive products with care and attention to detail
- Ensure all warehouse activities are completed in line with SOPs, quality standards, and customer requirements
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle-counting activities
- Work towards operational targets and service level agreements
- Report inventory discrepancies, hazards, and incidents promptly
- Participate in safety initiatives, audits, and housekeeping activities
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve operational objectives
- Support additional warehouse duties as required

What we're looking for
- Previous warehouse experience, particularly picking and packing, is an advantage
- Experience working to productivity targets and performance standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures
- Good communication skills and a good level of spoken and written English
- Reliable, professional, and organised approach to work
- Basic PC skills, with Warehouse Management System or SAP experience desirable
- PPT licence is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Flexible approach to duties and operational requirements
