Laptop Returns Administrators
We are looking for organised and reliable Laptop Returns Administrators to support a large-scale equipment recovery project being delivered for a bank and based in their warehouse.
The project involves the collection, processing and preparation for recycling of approximately 3,500 laptops currently with home-based workers.
This is not a technical IT role. The position is primarily focused on administration, scheduling, equipment handling and following straightforward processes. Full training and instructions will be provided.

The successful candidates will work as part of an onsite team in Wokingham, helping to coordinate the return and processing of laptops throughout the project.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule laptop collections with DPD.
- Book and process DPD returns.
- Update the relevant CMDB/database with equipment information.
- Follow documented procedures to remove BIOS passwords from laptops.
- Move laptops and IT equipment around the warehouse as required.
- Handle individual laptops, small groups of equipment and occasionally trolleys.
- Arrange and coordinate ongoing shipments.
- Ensure returned equipment is correctly recorded and processed.
- Follow project procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Support the wider team with general administrative and equipment-handling tasks as required.
