Warehouse & Trade Counter Operative

Location: Newtownabbey
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Benefits: 29 days holiday, profit sharing scheme, full training provided.

This role offers a mixture of warehouse operations, stock control, customer service and trade counter work, making every day different.

What you'll be doing

  • Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
  • Booking stock onto our ERP system
  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Preparing goods for courier collection
  • Serving customers at the trade counter
  • Processing customer returns
  • Carrying out stock checks and location management
  • Communicating with suppliers and customers
  • Helping improve processes and procedures

Experience that's helpful, but not essential

  • Warehouse or stock control experience
  • Electrical wholesale experience
  • Knowledge of lighting products
  • Forklift licence
