Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to support day‑to‑day warehouse activities while maintaining high standards of health, safety and operational accuracy.

Hours – 8am – 4:30pm Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out warehouse operations safely, following HSE, site and personal safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace in line with 5S standards and clear-aisle policies
- Accurately receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch goods in line with work instructions (SOPs)
- Process deliveries, customer returns and dispatch paperwork correctly
- Operate FLT and warehouse equipment safely, completing required safety checks
- Update warehouse systems to ensure accurate stock control and traceability
- Book and manage UK freight consignments where required
- Support stock takes, improvement projects and production activities as needed
- Proactively report safety concerns, near misses and participate in safety observations

Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- RTITB CB Fork Lift Truck license essential
- Bendi and bale/pole attachment experience desirable
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or shop-floor environment
- Confident communication skills
- Able to undertake manual handling as part of the role
- Flexibility to support business needs.
- Fluent in reading and speaking English
