We are looking for a new team member to join us at our factory unit at Longmeadow.
This is a full-time, hands-on role involving the making, packing, and fulfillment of our consumer products. The work is varied, and no previous experience is necessary as we will provide full training.
What you'll be doing
- Making and packing consumer products
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- Packing orders ready for dispatch
- Stock handling and product handling
- Basic computer work
- General warehouse and factory duties
- Helping with a variety of tasks as required
This is an active role, so you will need to be comfortable lifting and moving cartons and being on your feet during the working day.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
- Start: Immediate
- Pay: £12.71 per hour for workers aged 21+, £10.85 per hour for ages 18–20
- Holiday: 28 days paid holiday, including bank holidays
- Pension: Company pension contributions
- Bonus: Included in the company bonus scheme after 3 months
Who we're looking for
Previous experience isn't necessary. The role could suit someone looking for their first job, including a school leaver, as well as someone with previous warehouse, factory, manufacturing, or order fulfillment experience.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and positive
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Able to lift and move cartons
- Able to understand and communicate in English
- Happy to learn new things
- Willing to get involved in a variety of tasks

Getting to work
There is a bus stop directly outside our premises at Longmeadow, making the site easily accessible by bus.
The site is also located on the cycle path between Cambridge and Burwell, making it convenient to cycle to work.
