Role Description The Warehouse Operator is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Leicester Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Unloading deliveries
- Safely handling materials
- Moving stock within the warehouse
- Packing textile wiping rags and cleaning cloths according to order specifications
- Preparing items for dispatch
- Maintaining accurate stock levels

The role involves operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts where required, and following all health and safety procedures. The position also includes:
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Collaborating with colleagues
- Reporting any issues with inventory, equipment, or safety
Qualifications
- Strong material handling skills, including safe unloading of goods and efficient movement of stock
- Experience with packing, order preparation, and basic warehouse documentation
- Competent forklift operation skills with a valid certification or willingness to obtain one
- Sound understanding of Health & Safety practices in a warehouse or industrial environment
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Ability to perform physically active work, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a small team
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics setting is beneficial but not essential
