We have a vacancy in our Warehouse Team, working with our Terram team at our Maldon site (CM9 4GG)
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to support day-to-day warehouse activities while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and operational accuracy.

Hours – 8am – 4:30pm Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out warehouse operations safely, following HSE, site, and personal safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in line with 5S standards and clear-aisle policies
- Accurately receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch goods in line with work instructions (SOPs)
- Process deliveries, customer returns, and dispatch paperwork correctly
- Operate FLT and warehouse equipment safely, completing required safety checks
- Update warehouse systems to ensure accurate stock control and traceability
- Book and manage UK freight consignments where required
- Support stock takes, improvement projects, and production activities as needed
- Proactively report safety concerns, near misses, and participate in safety observations

Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- RTITB CB Fork Lift Truck license essential
- Bendi and bale/pole attachment experience desirable
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or shop-floor environment
- Confident communication skills
- Able to undertake manual handling as part of the role
- Flexibility to support business needs
- Fluent in reading and speaking English
