Warehouse Operator
The Warehouse Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Weston super mare. The role involves receiving and unloading deliveries, checking materials against documentation, and organising inventory within the warehouse. The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for preparing orders for installation, safely handling flooring and materials, and operating forklifts and other equipment as needed. Daily tasks include maintaining a clean, safe work environment, following health and safety procedures, and coordinating with installation and design teams to ensure materials are ready when required. The role may also involve basic record-keeping, stock counts, and supporting logistics to meet project timelines.

- Candidates should possess skills in unloading, packing, and general material handling.
- Candidates should possess skills in forklift operation and safe use of warehouse equipment (can be trained).
- Candidates should possess knowledge of health & safety practices in a warehouse or industrial environment.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or construction materials environment is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely, follow instructions, and work effectively in a team.
- Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills for inventory and documentation.
- Clean UK driving license.
