Location: Silverstone

Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 per year + Bonus DOE
Position: Full-time, permanent - Mon-Fri

Our client is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join their busy site in Silverstone. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced metals warehouse, supporting goods in, order picking, and dispatch.

Warehouse Operative Duties include:

  • Receiving and checking stock
  • Picking and packing orders
  • Loading/unloading vehicles
  • Operating forklifts and cranes (training can be provided)
  • General warehouse duties

We’re looking for:

  • Previous warehouse operative or industrial experience
  • Good attention to detail and reliability
  • Physically fit, comfortable with manual work
  • FLT or crane experience beneficial but not essential
  • Previous experience of machine operation would be ideal but not a necessity
