KIKO MILANO is looking for Seasonal E-Commerce Warehouse Operators to support our Dark Store operations during our busiest period of the year (Black Friday, and Christmas peak trading season.)
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team ensuring thousands of customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers during one of the most important trading periods of the year.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Seasonal E-Commerce Warehouse Operator, you will support the day-to-day warehouse operation and help ensure customer orders are processed quickly, accurately, and safely.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Packing products to company standards for safe delivery.
- Preparing and handing over shipments to courier partners.
- Receiving, unloading, and storing merchandise.
- Conducting stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Inspecting products for damages, defects, or discrepancies.
- Organising stock locations to maximise warehouse efficiency.
- Supporting replenishment activities across warehouse locations.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and hand carts where required.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily productivity targets and service levels.

We're seeking team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by delivering results.
Essential Requirements
- Previous warehouse, logistics, fulfilment, retail stockroom, or e-commerce experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment during peak seasonal demand.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the working day.
- Commitment to following health and safety procedures at all times.
