Our warehouse plays a vital role in our mission to change fashion for the better, and is our central hub for sorting and processing donated clothing, keeping these items out of landfill. As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll support the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work and thrives in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Operate the garment conveyor belt system, sending garments up the belt to our team of sorters.
- Safely and effectively operate machinery such as the garment compactor.
- Assist with the packing, movement, storage, and documentation of stock as needed.
- Follow warehouse procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to health and safety standards.
- Work closely with team members and managers to meet daily operational targets.
- Carry out general warehouse duties.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Essential:
- A strong work ethic and reliability.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move items as part of daily tasks.
- The ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Desired:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with operating machinery or willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail for sorting and maintaining stock standards.
- An interest in sustainability, second-hand clothing, and charity retail.
