Job Description
We’re expanding our team in Market Drayton and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in logistics. Join us as a Warehouse Order Picker and become part of a modern, fast-moving chilled warehouse environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll play a key role in accurately picking, preparing, and dispatching chilled packaged products for major retailers across the UK. This is a hands-on role that’s ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with purpose, and being part of a high-energy team.
Shift Patterns Available:
- 4 on 4 off Days (07:00 - 19:00)
- 4 on 4 off Nights (19:00 - 07:00)
Salary:
- Days: £26,669.81 per annum
- Nights: £28,662.10 per annum

What you’ll be doing:
- Picking and preparing stock accurately according to customer requirements using RDT equipment.
- Building customer orders safely onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures.
- Stretch wrapping completed orders and presenting them to the marshalling area.
- Working to site KPIs while maintaining accuracy, safety, and quality standards.
- Operating equipment in line with training and site procedures.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, including Clean As You Go and recycling processes.
- Reporting any incidents, hazards, or areas for improvement to your line leader or manager.
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with any other reasonable duties as required.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a chilled or cold warehouse environment is desirable, but not essential.
- No experience? No problem — full training will be provided, including MHE/PPT use and picking procedures.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to doing a great job.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking and building orders.
- The ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a desire to progress within logistics.
