Job Description
We’re expanding our team in Stafford and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in logistics. As a Warehouse Order Picker, you’ll work in a chilled, fast‑paced environment, ensuring the accurate picking and dispatch of packaged chilled products to retailers nationwide.
Full training is provided — no previous experience is required. During your induction, you will be trained to use MHE equipment, including PPT along with our picking procedures.
This is an active role, ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy throughout the day.
Shift Patterns Available
- 4 on 4 off Nights – 19:00 - 07:00
Overtime is available and paid up to £20.06 per hour.
Future potential earnings: £31,000.
What you'll be doing:
- Picking and preparing stock accurately according to customer requirements using RDT equipment.
- Building customer orders safely onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures.
- Stretch wrapping completed orders and presenting them to the marshalling area.
- Working to site KPIs while maintaining accuracy, safety and quality standards.
- Operating equipment in line with training and site procedures.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, including Clean As You Go and recycling processes.
- Reporting any incidents, hazards or areas for improvement to your line leader or manager.
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with any other reasonable duties as required.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:

Previous warehouse experience and MHE experience is essential working in a chilled warehouse is desirable — full training is provided.
