About The Role
Rapier Employment seeks Warehouse Packers in Coventry to support a leading chocolate manufacturer’s co-pack operation. This full-time post pays £12.71 to £13.05 hourly, with overtime after 37.5 hours. Rotational shifts run Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, alternating weekly; fixed night patterns are also offered. Duties include packing, labelling, and quality checking goods within a temperature-controlled unit at roughly 14 degrees Celsius. Reliability, accuracy, and comfort working rotational hours suit this position. Prior warehouse experience helps but is not essential. Immediate starts are available for suitable applicants.

You will be working in a temperature-controlled environment approx. 14 degrees Celsius.
Available Shift Patterns
Rotational Shifts (AM&PM):
- Monday-Friday.
- 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 (weekly rotation).
- 5 hours paid per week.
- £12.71ph
- OT paid after 37.5 hours worked.
Fixed Nights:
- Sunday-Thursday.
- 22:00-06:00.
- 5 hours paid per week.
- £13.05ph.
- OT paid after 37.5 hours worked.
Responsibilities:
- Packing and re-packing chocolate products.
- Labelling, wrapping and quality checking products.
- Working on production and packing lines.
- Ensuring products meet customer and company standards.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Meeting productivity and quality targets.
Requirements
- Good level of reading/understanding/writing English.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Strong stable work history.
- Can cope with repetitive work.
- Okay working in an ambient environment (14 degrees Celsius).
- Can commit to rotating shifts or night shifts.
- Live local to CV6 or have your own vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK
- Available for full-time hours – this position is NOT suitable for those with restricted working hours or those looking for part-time work.
