ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Warehouse Partner working in one of our distribution centres, you'll have the important role of making sure our stock is in the right place at the right time for our customers. Whether it's for shop deliveries or direct to customer orders, you'll handle the goods that pass through our warehouses efficiently and accurately.

Working with a friendly and welcoming team, your respectful and hard-working nature will make all the difference to the site's efficiency and ultimately the service we provide to our customers. In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £3.75 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.

Due to working time regulations, applicants must be 18 years or over to apply.

Key Responsibilities

During a typical day, you'll be responsible for:

  • Helping to load and unload our lorries the day's deliveries.
  • Organising stock, ensuring that our goods and products are safely stored and replenished and that a safe working environment is adhered to at all times.
  • Picking and packing the orders for our customers and prepare these for delivery (John Lewis only).
  • Maintaining and taking pride in general housekeeping tasks to keep the operation running smoothly.
  • Supporting the whole warehouse team by being flexible, working in the areas of the site that need it most when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
