We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers / Selectors to join a busy distribution centre in Atherstone.

Applicants must be able to drive and have access to their own transport.
This is a temp to perm opportunity - subject to a successful probation period.
The role will initially be based in Atherstone, however successful candidates will be required to transfer to our client’s Bardon (LE67) Distribution Centre in the future.
You must be able to travel to both sites independently.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with warehouse, logistics, picking, packing, or LLOP experience looking for a long-term role with the opportunity to become permanent.
Shift Details (all subject to potential change based upon operational requirements)
- Dayshift starts at 5am or 6am
- Night shift starts at 7:30pm
- Typical shift length: 7–8 hours
- Shift pattern: various (e.g. 5 days on, 3 days off, 4 on 2 off etc (includes weekends)
- Fixed rota options working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and 2 out of 3 Sundays

Pay Rates
- £13.44 per hour (before 10pm)
- £16.79 per hour (after 10pm)
After 12 Weeks
- £14.93 per hour (before 10pm)
- £18.66 per hour (after 10pm)
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, Your Duties Will Include
- Voice picking and order picking
- Using a LLOP (Low Level Order Picker)
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Pallet wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch
- Loading and unloading goods
- General warehouse and distribution duties
- Working to targets and quality standards
About You
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Warehouse operative roles
- Picker packer positions
- Order picking
- Logistics and distribution environments
- Dispatch and goods-in operations
- LLOP / MHE operation
- Chill or ambient warehouse environments

Previous warehouse experience is desirable, but candidates with the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn will also be considered.
