About The Role
All Square Recruitment is excited to partner with a reputable client based in Basildon to recruit proactive Warehouse Picker Packers for their large, supportive warehouse operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates seeking consistent full-time work, with the chance to start immediately and progress towards a permanent position within a well-established company.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring order accuracy at all times.
- Safely and efficiently pack products ready for dispatch, maintaining quality standards throughout.
- Organise and maintain stock within the warehouse to support a safe, tidy, and productive working environment.
- Collaborate closely with a friendly, fast-paced warehouse team to help meet daily distribution targets.
- Work efficiently under pressure while consistently upholding high standards of accuracy and care.
- Support the wider warehouse and distribution team with general picking, packing, and inventory duties as required.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking and packing, or distribution environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical and accurate approach to order picking.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Good communication skills, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working consistent full-time hours within a physically active role.
