About The Role
All Square Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-established warehousing and distribution company based in Stowmarket, Suffolk, to recruit Warehouse Picker Packers on a temporary basis. Immediate starts are available, so this suits candidates who are ready to start straight away. Furthermore, after completing 12 full weeks, and based on performance, there is the opportunity for the role to move to a temp-to-perm basis. You will be joining a large, friendly warehouse team in a busy and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately and efficiently from warehouse locations in line with customer order requirements.
- Pack items securely and carefully, ensuring every order is ready for dispatch.
- Check picked and packed orders for accuracy and quality before they leave the warehouse.
- Carry out general warehouse duties, including organising stock and supporting the wider team where needed.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse environment.
- Work collaboratively as part of a large warehouse team in order to meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including correct manual handling procedures.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Picker Packer, or in a similar warehouse, distribution, or logistics role, is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when picking and packing orders.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a good pace.
- Good communication skills, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Availability for an immediate start.
