Salary: £12.89 per hour
ISQ Recruitment is currently recruiting for the position of Warehouse Operative on behalf of a well-established company, based in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated warehouse team within a professional, organised and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick orders and prepare them for dispatch
- Use handheld scanners to track stock movement and ensure order accuracy
- Carefully pack products following company standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient warehouse operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work area

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative with a keen eye for detail and a strong drive to meet targets. We value precision and performance in every part of the role. Whether you're experienced or new to warehouse work, full training will be provided.
Candidate Skills And Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
