Net World Sports Warehouse Picking Operatives
Net World Sports are looking for Warehouse Picking Operatives to join our fast-paced Warehouse Team. You’ll be joining a department which is integral to the day-to-day running of the organisation and will be given a detailed plan to help you develop your skills and progress through our exciting career progression structure at the company
What You’ll Do
- Use our state-of-the-art systems to accurately pick orders in our 411,000 sq. ft warehouse, maintaining high levels of performance to hit targets throughout your shift
- Assist with additional responsibilities within the warehouse, taking advantage of opportunities offered to you to increase your knowledge and develop new skills in an environment which values your professional growth
- Adhere to Health & Safety procedures at all times, ensuring that you maintain a safe and tidy working environment and follow rules and procedures that we have in place
What You’ll Bring
- High standard of work – always willing to go above and beyond to help hit targets and maintain accuracy across all orders. This is a physically demanding role with lots of walking and lifting some heavy items
- Reliable and dependable personality – good track record of timekeeping and attendance
- Ability to use initiative and work unsupervised when needed
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team setting
- Computer literacy skills to allow you to accurately use our systems
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills – you’ll be joining an environment where pushing yourself to achieve more will be supported and rewarded

SHIFT PATTERNS
- AM/PM (37.5 hours per week): Monday – Friday. Alternating weeks of 7:00AM – 3:30PM followed by 3:30PM – 12:00AM – £24,800.00 (Potential to increase to £30,800.00 with performance-based bonuses - Max £500 per month/£6000 per year)
- 4On/4Off (Worked out as 182.5 shifts per year on average): 12-hour shifts, 4 days on followed by 4 days off. Monday – Saturday (7:00AM – 7:00PM) and Sunday (10:00AM – 10:00PM) – £25,600.00 (Potential to increase to £31,600.00 with performance-based bonuses - Max £500 per month/£6,000 per year)

APPLICATION PROCESS
The role will be based at our Wrexham headquarters (LL13 9UT). Please ensure that you are able to get on-site on time for the above shift patterns. We do not have a bus stop outside the facility so you may need to have access to your own transport. We have a large car park and covered bike shelter.
We are unable to accept Part-Time applications or applications from those who require visa sponsorship. You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this role.
