Are you an experienced Warehouse, Production or Operations Manager looking to take ownership of a combined warehouse and production operation within a rapidly growing manufacturing business?
Do you enjoy being a hands-on leader, developing teams, improving processes and ensuring products are manufactured, picked and despatched accurately, efficiently and on time?
The company are a fast-growing, family-run designer and manufacturer of innovative medical equipment supplied to healthcare providers across the UK and beyond. The business specialises in products designed to improve patient safety and comfort within hospital wards and care environments.
With the business experiencing significant year-on-year growth, this is an exciting time to join the operation and play a key role in supporting its continued expansion.
This is an excellent opportunity for a visible and accountable operational leader who enjoys working closely with their team, solving problems and making continuous improvements across a busy manufacturing and distribution environment.

The Role:
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of Warehouse Operatives and Production Technicians
- Plan and deploy staff to meet daily warehouse and production requirements
- Oversee goods in, picking, packing, stock control and despatch operations
- Ensure customer orders are completed accurately, on time and in full
- Manage stock accuracy, storage, labelling and stock rotation
- Oversee the production and assembly of medical products
- Maintain high standards of production and quality throughout the operation
The Person:
- Previous experience managing a warehouse, production or operations team
- Forklift license
