We at IKEA Exeter are looking to welcome Warehouse Replenishment Assistants to join our reliable fulfilment team. In Ikea this role is known as a Fulfillment Operations Co-worker.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Start Date of employment will be 31st October 2026.
- Hourly rate of £13.45 per hour.
- 30 hours per week working 5 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends. Working hours between 03:00am - 10:00am.
- 16 hours per week working 3 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends. Working hours between 03:00am - 10:00am.
- 12 hours per week working 2 out of 7 Saturday & Sunday (weekend only). Working hours between 03:00am - 10:00am.
- Additional nightshift allowance of £2.25 per hour when working between the hours of 22:00pm - 06:00am.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- Previous retail experience preferred, including significant manual handling, within a busy, physically active environment.
- Experience working with IT systems with the ability to learn new IT systems/technologies quickly and good analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
- Motivation and initiative, with the ability to contribute both on your own and as part of the team.
- Due to health and safety regulations all applicants must be over the age of 18.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Performing stock replenishment in our warehouse and shop floor, this is a heavy manual handling role.
- Contribute to the highest goods availability through accurate and on-time replenishment, using systems provided.
- Working with or around heavy machinery, such as, Forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
