About The Role
JOB PURPOSE
To ensure the smooth and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of our great beer to customers all over the world.
Key Result Area / Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- This role will be predominantly covering Team Manager Holidays and Absence across all three shift patterns with an expectation that short notice cover will be required.
- Lead, Coach and manage a team of up to 12 warehouse operatives ensuring efficient service delivery
- Hold daily briefs to communicate KPI goals, expectations and business updates as required
- Drive the flow of warehouse activities ensuring compliance is met as per company SOPs and SSOWs
- Carry out crew reviews and development chats.
- Analysing and monitor KPIs, providing feedback and addressing any issues as necessary
- Implement best practices to drive continuous improvement within the warehouse
- Ensure GMP of the site by maintaining hygiene standards
- Promote a positive culture for all, ensuring the BrewDog Charter is adhered too.
- Facilitate a positive safety culture by holding regular workshops and awareness campaigns
- Report and investigate any HSE issues whilst on duty, ensuring guidelines are always adhered to.

GENERAL
- Be aware of and adhere to BrewDog policies and the Workplace Code at all time
- Take part in crew reviews throughout the year
- Cooperate with other BrewDog departments to achieve a great experience for our customers, applicants, colleagues, and contractors
- Attend training courses and complete online training modules as required to meet the requirements of the role
- Take responsibility for own personal development, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills
- Undertake any other duties as requested which are reasonably deemed to be within the scope of the role or necessary for the smooth running of the business
- Apply the BrewDog charter and behaviours to every aspect of the role at all times
- Protect and enhance the interests and reputation of BrewDog internally and externally
HEALTH & SAFETY
- Ensure that Health and Safety guidelines and fire regulations are strictly adhered to at all times
- Comply with safe working practices as defined by BrewDog
- Complete online or face to face training as and when required
- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by acts or omissions at work
- Report any accidents, incidents or near misses as soon as reasonably practicable

About You
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & SPECIFIC TRAINING
- Certificate in Supervisory Management or equivalent is desirable
- IOSH - Managing Safely is Desirable
- Valid FLT/CBT Certificate
Experience
- Significant experience in Warehouse Leadership role, preferably within a FMCG environment
KNOWLEDGE
- Understanding of Warehouse Operational Management
- Understanding of IT Systems, including SAP and Microsoft Office
- Awareness of HSE Regulations and Environmental Responsibility.

- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Outstanding attention to and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills written & verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask by prioritising tasks effectively

Additional Requirments
- Flexible shift patterns 24/7 will be required with occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Days 06:00-14:00 & 08:00-16:00
- Backs 14:00-22:00
- Nights 22:00-06:00
This role will be predominantly covering Team Manager Holidays and Absence across all three shift patterns. There is an expectation that short notice cover will be required along with planned covered. Please only apply if you are willing to be very flexible as this is vital requirement of the role.
