Shift Leader

We're looking for a proactive and inclusive Shift Leader to join our Distribution Centre team and lead the way in delivering outstanding operational performance and team development.
What You'll Do...
As a Shift Leader, you'll take ownership of the daily warehouse operations. From achieving KPIs and managing inventory to championing health, safety, and inclusion, you'll be a vital part of ensuring our products reach our customers efficiently and safely.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Leading and supporting a diverse warehouse team to hit performance targets
- Managing resources and shift planning to meet operational goals
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing improvement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with SOX, health & safety, and quality standards
- Overseeing inventory accuracy and regular cycle counts
- Fostering a culture where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued

- Have experience leading warehouse teams and driving performance
- Are confident managing compliance, cost control, and stock accuracy
- Communicate clearly, coach effectively, and value diverse perspectives
- Stay calm under pressure and solve problems with a positive outlook
- Have a strong focus on health, safety, and customer satisfaction
Bonus Points If You Also Bring
- IOSH Managing Safely (required) or NEBOSH certification
- Knowledge of WMS systems and forklift operations
- FLT licence, CPC, or Lean Six Sigma qualifications
