Shift Manager - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (Full-Time)

Salary: £37,000 - £40,000
Contract Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00, rotating or fixed
Location: Skelmersdale

Ready to take on an exciting new challenge? We're looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract, supporting the implementation and launch of a new customer operation. This is an opportunity to join at the very beginning and have a genuine impact on how the operation takes shape. You'll lead the shift through implementation and into operational delivery, building capability within the team, embedding new processes and driving strong performance from day one. You'll receive full training and support on the new operation and systems, giving you the tools to make an impact quickly while adding valuable implementation experience to your career.

A Typical Day May Involve

  • Leading the shift and creating a safe, engaged and high-performing operational environment
  • Playing a key role in the implementation and successful launch of the new customer operation
  • Driving performance across safety, quality, service, productivity and people measures
  • Coaching and developing operational leaders to build capability and embed consistent ways of working
  • Working closely with the wider leadership team and customer stakeholders to resolve challenges and deliver operational priorities
