At Asda, we want you to find your everything. As our Warehouse Shift Manager, you’ll lead a team to keep our distribution centre running smoothly making sure goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
Working closely with other managers, you’ll drive productivity, manage stock integrity, and create a positive team culture.

- Experience managing or supervising in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards.
- A passion for coaching and developing others.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
