Are you the kind of warehouse leader who knows exactly what is happening on the floor—and what needs to happen next?
Reynolds Food Group is looking for 2 hands-on Warehouse Shift Managers to take full ownership of our Braintree facility. Leading a team of around 12 operatives, you’ll turn daily plans into results, keep standards high and ensure every order moves safely, accurately and on time.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead from the front: motivate, coach and manage a team of around 12 warehouse operatives.
- Own the plan: allocate workloads, run shift briefings and keep priorities clear.
- Drive performance: monitor productivity, attendance, accuracy, service and team standards.
- Control the operation: oversee goods-in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Protect every item: match physical stock movements with Infor M3 records and resolve discrepancies quickly.
- Stay ahead of issues: remove obstacles before they affect customers or the wider operation.

- Leave no surprises: deliver accurate end-of-shift reports and confident handovers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
