Job Description
Shift pattern
Sunday - Thursday 19:00 - 04:30 (plus 1 Friday in 3 with a day off in the week)
Hours
45 hours per week
Salary
£59,146 p.a plus benefits

A key leader in our multi-temperature warehouse, you’ll create a productive, supportive and safe environment where teams thrive, and customers get the very best service. You’ll deliver for your colleagues by:

You’ll achieve excellence for customers too – driving performance, hitting targets and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of every shift you lead.
What You Bring to the Mix
A proven leader with a deep understanding of warehouse functions in an FMCG environment or similar, you have everything it takes to succeed with Brakes:

- A background in leading, motivating and coaching a team
- The ability to drive and improve performance using data insights and colleague input
