Contract Type: Full-time Onsite, Permanent

Shift patterns: Rotational, Week 1 Mon to Fri 6:00 to 15:30, Week 2 Mon to Fri 12:00 to 21:30

Location: Belfast, BT26 6JJ

We're now looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to support the Warehouse and Stock Manager to ensure compliance with statutory obligations and company policy and procedure in respect of Health and Safety, environment, and working time regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage warehouse resources in line with operational and budgetary requirements including shift rota management
  • Responsible for promoting and maintaining effective communication links between shifts to ensure operational consistency
  • To ensure the induction, training and development of all employees, including agency and ensuring accurate records are kept
  • Accountable for delivery of all aspects of the shift operation, ensuring the delivery of customer-focused service to all customers on site
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement in all areas
  • Compliance in all areas of legislation: Employment, H&S, environmental

This Role Would Suit People Who

  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience
  • Proven Track record of successful People Management
  • Commercial and Financial understanding
  • Ability to manage poor performance in all people related issues
  • Project Management skills
